2024 HOLIDAY BOXES

H.C.O. also provides special food boxes at Thanksgiving and Christmas (and presents for children) for families living in the Haysville School District. There are income restrictions, so you must apply at West Haysville Baptist Church for the holiday boxes on the dates below:

​​For both Thanksgiving and Christmas:

Saturday, October 5, 2024                 9:00am-11:00am
Saturday, October 12, 2024                9:00am-11:00am
For only Christmas:

Saturday, November 16, 2024             1:00pm- 3:00pm

Financial guidelines have to be met in order to qualify for the holiday boxes and gifts. You must bring the following information:

• Proof of address (current driver’s license and utility bill mailed within the last 60 days);

• Social Security card for each adult and child living in your household;

• Proof of income (payroll checks, SRS/Social Security statements; copies of unemployment checks, etc.) for the last 60 days for each adult member of your household;

• Proof of expenditures: utilities, car payment, mortgage, rent, etc.

• It’s also helpful to have your children’s clothing sizes.
